民办高校作为地方普通本科高校的重要组成部分,在服务地方经济社会发展和培养高素质技术人才等方面起到了重要作用。当前,国家部署加快现代职业教育体系建设,引导一批普通本科高校转型发展,民办高校要探索符合学校实际的战略发展路径,真正实现内涵发展、跨越发展、以黄河科技学院为例,详细介绍学校转型发展中在办学模式、校企合作、人才培养模式、人才队伍体系等方面的理论探索和实践创新,以期为其他民办本科高校转型发展提供借鉴和参考。
Abstract：As an important part of local ordinary universities,private universities have played important functions in serving local economic and social development and cultivating technological talents with high qualities. Nowadays,the country plans to strengthen the building of modern career education system and guides the transformation of a batch of ordinary universities. For private universities,they should explore the strategic and practical path for the development of the schools,truly realizing the connotative development and leaping development. Taking Huanghe Science &Technology College as the example,this thesis introduces in detail the theory exploration and practical innovation in the transformation of the university in several aspects: mode of running school,cooperation of the school and enterprise,talents training mode,talents team system etc in order to provide suggestions and references for other private universities in their transformation.
